Well, we all know the havoc of Party City when you go Halloween costume shopping. How you line up, look at the wall, pick a number, ask for it, then try it on. Well, I’m planning to buy my Halloween costume this year from the new-built Spirit Halloween in my town. Does Spirit have the same shopping system as Party City where they line you up?
