How do you log in to your account on the Wii Shopping Channel?

I remember that when I first started the wii shopping channel and updated it. After all of that it asked for my email or username, cant remember and the pass word. But I skip that part. How do I go back and login? Do you need to be login to buy wii points?

O.K., here’s what you have to do :
1.) Go to Wii Shop Channel
2.) Go to “Start Shopping”
3.) Go to “Settings”
4.) Go to “My Nintendo Membership Settings”
5.) Then it will ask you to put your username and password, when you do that, you are logged in!
