What am I supposed to wear when shopping for my wedding dress?

I know I read some other girls’ questions and someone mentioned that they let you try on the little corset thing at Davids Bridal (which is where i plan to shop). do you have to get naked in front of the lady or do you try it on on top of your bra? what should i wear also? t shirt, flip flops, etc.?
do you get your hair,makeup,ect. done when your shopping for the dress?
who do i take with me and can you do your own wedding day makeup?
