    Convenience. Don’t have to leave home and many times the products are free shipping because of the amount of money spent.

    I online shop all the time, and its because im not lazy its just that I find better stuff on the online store then the store in the mall. For example when I go to aeropostale online I find stuff that is not even in the store. Another great advantage is that you get discounts some times like 25% off on shirts for example and it would be only online and not in the stores.

    Its very convenient and saves travelling time.
    Its good if you wanna find something that is not found on local stores.
    Usually i go to tarazz.com! They have this cute asian merchandise!

    1.Bargaining power of consumers. They enjoy a wider choice
    2.Supplier power. It is more difficult for consumers to manage a non-digital channel.
    3.Internet increases commoditisation
    4.Threat of new entrants. Online means it is easier to introduce new services with lower over-heads
    5.Threat of substitutes
    6.Rivalry among competitors. It is easier to introduce products and services to different markets
