Where are the newer Chinese shopping centers in Calgary and Edmonton?

Besides just the downtown Chinatowns, I would like to know where the Chinese populations tend to be in in both cities and where the shopping centers are for these Chinese communities. I realize Chinatown has the stores, but usually there are newer areas. Where are they?

When I say newer, I just mean newer than the Chinatown.

In Calgary there is the T and T on 36th next to the Canadian Tire. Another one on 16th ave, can’t remember the cross street.
